It was the worst of times to sell a home, high gas prices, overseas war drums, high interest rate mortgages and definitely a Buyer’s market. We encountered one interested Buyer early on that agreed to a contract and then nervously sat through 5 months of no other interest while the contingency Buyer tried to sell their home. We were super anxious to receive any good news. Melanie did her best to keep us informed and confident our home would close. Melanie and Robyn’s real estate knowledge and professionalism became truly appreciated by us when they located a cash buyer willing to close within a 30 day period on our Buyer’s home! We needed to make some selling price adjustments to complete the required deal however we gladly did so realizing how correct Robyn and Melanie were about the reality of the current home marketplace. Everything eventually ended with a happy outcome and that was all we expected. We have made our move to Florida and thank Robyn and Melanie for their exceptional real estate service.

In the sale of my home at 655 E Beaumont , Columbus OH and then the purchasing of my new condo home Jorie was there every step of the way. Her expertise was invaluable. She was very patient and thorough in answering my many questions. She anticipated my needs and was considerate of the fact that I am 80 years old and tire easily . For example selling buying and moving required a lot of E/ signing I was not familiar with , she helped me through the process and made sure I understood the documents I was signing. From physically helping me stage my home for sale to communicating with the buyer to arrange pick up of precious family photos the mover left behind she worked tirelessly to make sure the whole process went well. Communications were excellent she was always available and answered quickly when I called ,texted ,or e/mailed. She was very knowledgable about the market in my home’s area. The result of all her hard work was that my home sold for a very good market compatible price. Thank you Jorie I would gladly recommend Jorie to anyone looking for a great home sale agent ! Responsive, informed and very professional

Julie is an amazing person, as a Realtor and as a new friend. She went way over the top in every way. She answered all our questions and her knowledge of the whole process was excellent. Hate to say it it but the potential buyers of our home were horrendous and Julie was always there to help us through. She found us help when we needed the services of other professionals. This is the third time we have used Julie as our realtor and highly recommend her if you are thinking of buying or selling. She truly is amazing.

We did some good replanning as the house was getting ready to sell. As always I relied on Mike for advice on the local market and pricing. Once listed everything went fast and smooth. This was the third house that Mike sold for us.

Very fast at communicating and accommodating showings in this market! She is wonderful!
